Terms of Service

Last updated: August 11, 2026. Governing terms for the GCGY parent platform and child products GrowthOS & GrowCode.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GCGY (the "Parent Platform") or its child products GrowthOS and GrowCode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use GCGY ecosystem services.

2. Ecosystem Identity & Account Eligibility

To access GCGY services, you register via a supported Firebase Authentication provider (Google Account) and allocate a unique username handle. You are responsible for maintaining session security and accept liability for activities under your account. Username handle updates are subject to a 30-day cooldown period.

3. Ecosystem Plans, Entitlements & Billing

GCGY offers unified ecosystem tier plans (Free, Pro, and Elite). Paid subscriptions unlock capabilities across both GrowthOS and GrowCode (e.g. unlimited habit domains, AI Corner Coach, advanced DSA roadmaps, project showcase, and AI code review). All subscriptions are billed via Stripe or Razorpay provider adapters. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in the GCGY Account Center.

4. Acceptable Use & Execution Rules

You agree NOT to use GCGY products to:

!Attempt container escapes or exploit execution sandboxes in GrowCode.

!Automate bot spam or script overload against AI Coach or submission APIs.

!Scrape or reverse engineer non-public ecosystem source code.

!Bypass server-side entitlement checks or rate limiters.

5. AI Advice & Professional Disclaimer

Suggestions from AI Corner Coach and AI Code Review are generated dynamically using artificial intelligence models for motivation, structuring, and educational feedback. They DO NOT constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, psychiatric, or certified financial advice.

6. Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive for high uptime across GCGY services, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, update sandbox runner configurations, or engage safety switches to protect platform stability.

7. Limitation of Liability

GCGY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GCGY OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM PLATFORM USE.

8. Account Termination & Data Erasure

You may terminate your account at any time via GCGY Account Center (/account). GCGY reserves the right to suspend accounts that engage in API abuse, sandbox violation attempts, or fraudulent transactions.
